Choosing your wedding photographer is one of the toughest and most important choices you need to make for that day.

Friends who had worked with POV recommended having a chat. As soon as we entered their space, we realised we had made the right choice: the interior design, as well as the pictures on the walls, all showcased a natural, ‘hands-off’ aesthetic that matched our style.

We had our introductory meeting with Ektoras- and were impressed by his calm, friendly approach and his empathetic nature. He understood our requirements and style straight away. We had a match!

​Ektoras and the POV crew arrived to the island a day before the big day to acclimatize and document the pre-wedding party. During the wedding ceremony, their presence was barely felt: they were all incredibly discrete. Although they faced technical challenges with the chapel space (it was rather small) they used the lighting intelligently and focused on close-ups. This approach brought out all the meaningful details.

​The shots of the wedding party were also incredible- natural, un-posed and with a refreshing perspective. The same style was applied in our post-wedding photoshoot.

We received the pictures shortly after the wedding- and they were, as highlighted above, truly amazing. Beautiful shots, perfect lighting and breath-taking portraits. Needless to say, the experience would not have been the same without Ektoras’s commitment and eye for detail. For us, he is by now not only our wedding photographer but also a friend.

I first saw the work of POV Studio through a friend and immediately looked up their phone number. After one meeting, I told my future husband that I had found our photographers! As it turned out, I wasn’t wrong.
The aesthetic of Hector and Christina (from the design of their office to the wooden USB stick with the video and the album with the photos they delivered) and that first conversation made me feel confident. Their presence on the wedding day was as discreet – and elegant, I might add! – as it should have been, and their instructions were precise.
When we saw the wedding clip for the first time, we were both moved and thrilled. We relived that wonderful day in just ten minutes. The editing was amazing, and the scenes they chose, the people (friends and family) they highlighted, the music they selected... everything came together in a magical way. And yes, they were right. The relatively short duration helped us show it to almost everyone and watch it again and again.
As for the photos (aside from the fact that everyone says how... photogenic we are – thanks, guys, haha), we have a serious “problem” choosing which ones to pick so we don’t fill the house!
The photos and video from the wedding day are very important – we suspected it, but now we understand it even more. With just one glance, they transport you back in time to those moments and the emotions you felt. They’re there for you to share with your child, your parents, your friends. Christina and Hector did an excellent job – they are true professionals in every sense of the word. Thank you so much.

First of all, we would like to say that from our very first meeting at your studio, you won us over. Both as people, with your kindness and professionalism, and as experts, with your creativity and outstanding work.

On the day of the ceremony, as well as during the other photoshoots, we appreciated the well-organized plan—it made the experience enjoyable and never tiring.

When we saw the previews and finally held our albums in our hands, we knew we had made the perfect choice. We were absolutely thrilled with the work and the final result—and in the end, that’s what truly matters.
